Key Responsibilities 1. Cloud Infrastructure & Scalability Architect and support AWS & Azure–based environments across ERP, PLM, SCM, and monitoring products. Optimize services like EC2, S3, Lambda, VPCs, etc., to reduce cost and improve performance. Design and maintain high‑availability and disaster recovery architectures. Implement cross-region S3 replication and snapshot backup automation using Python Lambda functions. 2. CI/CD Pipeline & Containerization Build and maintain end‑to‑end CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker & Terraform. Implement GitOps best practices to reduce deployment failures and increase deployment frequency. Work with microservices and migrate monolithic systems into container-based architectures. 3. Infrastructure as Code & Configuration Management Author and maintain IaC with Terraform and CloudFormation. Use Ansible for Linux/Windows config, including automated SSL certificate renewals on IIS. 4. Monitoring, Observability & Logging Implement monitoring and observability via ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, CloudWatch Logs Insights & SNS alerts. Automate scaling of monitoring tools with Terraform & Kubernetes. 5. Security & Networking Enforce secure networking (VPC, subnets, IAM, NACLs) and best practices in RBAC and secret management. Configure API Gateway, Nginx, rate‑limiting, caching & CloudFront for secure API delivery. 6. Support, Collaboration & Mentorship Troubleshoot production incidents and mentor junior engineers to foster a DevOps culture. Document processes, create runbooks, and promote team-wide automation. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 3+ years in DevOps, SRE, cloud or automation engineering roles. Cloud Platforms: AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPC), Azure. CI/CD & Containerization: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes (including kubeadm-based clusters). IaC & Config Management: Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation. Languages: Python, Bash, PowerShell. Monitoring Tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, AWS CloudWatch. Web & API Infrastructure: Nginx, API Gateway, CloudFront. OS & Networking: Linux + Windows admin, VPC, IAM, subnets, security groups. Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Azure AZ‑900 (or equivalent).
