Job Title: DevOps Engineer (AWS / GCP)

Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in AWS and/or GCP cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating infrastructure, managing CI/CD pipelines, ensuring cloud security, and maintaining system reliability and scalability. You will collaborate closely with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and optimize performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.

Manage and automate infrastructure on AWS and GCP using Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar IaC tools.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud environments to ensure system performance and reliability.

Implement and manage containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

Collaborate with development teams to improve code deployment and application scalability.

Set up and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Stackdriver).

Ensure cloud security and compliance best practices are followed.

Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

2–4 years of professional experience in DevOps or Cloud Engineering.

Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, ECS, etc.) and/or GCP (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, GKE, etc.).

Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Shell scripting.

Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).

Familiarity with containerization and microservices architecture.

Knowledge of monitoring tools and log management.

Understanding of networking, load balancing, and security concepts in the cloud.

Good to Have:

Certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.

Experience with serverless architectures.

Knowledge of Agile and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with Ansible, Puppet, or Chef for configuration management.
