Whats this role about? Total experience of 15+ years, with at least 5+ years in DevOps Heres how youll contribute: Youll do this by: # Collaborate with clients to assess their current state, identify bottlenecks, and propose tailored DevOps strategies # Ability to improve operational efficiency through automation, observability, and SRE principles # Customer-centric mindset with a consultative approach. Ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. # At least 3 DevOps Consulting assignments with overseas Customers is a must (preferably USA, UK) # Design/Implementation experience for AI in DevOps is a plus # Proven thought leadership through Conferences, published articles etc. will be a great plus - please share the links Core Skills: # Assess, design, and engineer DevOps solutions in complex technology environments for cloud-native, cloud-enabled, and on-prem infrastructure (micro services or traditional application patterns) # Architect and implement robust CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless software delivery # Prociency with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools - Terraform, Pulumi, ARM # Strong experience with CI/CD tools - Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Spinnaker, Harness etc. # Strong experience with k8s environments - hyperscalers and prop # Able to mentor teams across the various engineering practices # Experience with DevOps on diverse tech stacks (outside of regular .Net, Java, angular etc.) will be a plus - Salesforce, mainframe, ERPs etc. Desired Skills: How we d like you to lead: .
