About the Role

Required Skills:

Define and own the technical architecture and migration road map from Rally to ADO
Drive strategic decisions on tooling, data fidelity, field mapping and process harmonization.
Engage with Senior stakeholders (Product, Security, infrastructure and compliance) to align goals and timelines.
Conduct risk management and lead resolution plans for infra, data or access related blockers.
Guide lead engineer and DevOps teams on technical implementation and field transformation logic and workflow mapping.
Own the cutover strategy including roll back plans, data validation frameworks and post migration Hyper Care.
Influence ADO best practices adoption across teams including boards, Queries, Dashboards and Analytics.
Present status, Key risks and technical insights to the program steering committee.
