Job Description

Strategy Development: Develop and refine the strategy for deploying, integrating, and enhancing the adoption of Fusion Data Intelligence to support organizational goals. Team Leadership: Lead, develop, mentor, and retain a team of solution architects to implement FDI solutions effectively in timely fashion, pre and post sales. Project Management: Oversee multiple customer projects, ensuring they are implemented (post sales) and converted (pre-sales) on time, within scope and within the budget. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to align Fusion Data Intelligence capabilities and its vision with business needs. Training and Development: Ensure team members are well-trained on the latest features and best practices in Fusion Data Intelligence including AI and ML. Technical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on the technical aspects of Fusion Data Intelligence, including data augmentation, data reliability, and data security. Innovation: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the team, exploring new ways to leverage Fusion Data Intelligence for business advantage. Partner Management: Manage relationships with Oracle and other partners to ensure that the customer's needs are being met and to stay updated on the latest developments. Compliance and Security: Ensure that all data management practices comply with legal and regulatory standards.
