Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated Insurance Salesman to recruit life insurance agent and trained them to sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sell various types of insurance policies (life, health, property, casualty, etc.) to individuals and businesses. 2. Build and maintain relationships with clients, agents, and brokers. 3. Identify client needs and provide personalized insurance solutions. 4. Conduct needs assessments, risk assessments, and policy reviews. 5. Develop and maintain a client base through prospecting, networking, and referrals. 6.
