Development Manager

As a Development Manager at WeAgile, your responsibilities will include: - Leading, mentoring, and managing a team of software engineers working on Python and C++ projects. - Driving the end-to-end software development lifecycle, from design to deployment and maintenance. - Providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in coding, architecture, and system design. - Collaborating with product managers, architects, and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables. - Conducting code reviews, enforcing quality standards, and promoting continuous improvement. - Managing project risks, dependencies, and deliverables for successful releases. - Staying updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance team productivity and product innovation. - Fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and accountability within the team. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. - 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership/managerial role. - Strong hands-on expertise in Python and C++ programming. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and system architecture. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of multi-threading, distributed systems, and performance optimization. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.,
