Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Manager located in Chandigarh, India. The Development Manager will be responsible for recruiting and building a team of advisors. Managing and mentoring a team, developing strategies to meet business goals, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. The role also involves liaising with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives and continuously improving processes and service delivery to enhance customer satisfaction.
