Job Summary

Responsible for planning and designing new software and web applications. Edits new and existing applications. Implements, testing and debugging defined software components. Documents all development activity. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

• We are seeking a Backend Java Developer with minimum 3 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems. You will work primarily with Java and Spring Boot, building robust APIs and microservices, and play a key role in integrating solutions into CI/CD pipelines. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and a focus on code quality are essential.
  

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services and APIs using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop scalable and maintainable microservices architectures.
• Integrate backend solutions into CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Collaborate with DevOps to deploy and manage backend applications in cloud environments.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to backend best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend performance.
• Contribute to sprint planning, grooming, and release management.
  

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in:
• Java (core and advanced concepts).
• Spring Boot (REST APIs, microservices).
• CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms
• Solid problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Basic exposure to DevOps, Monitoring, Performance tools
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus).
• Knowledge of automated testing frameworks (JUnit, Selenium).
• Familiarity with security and performance best practices.
• Experience with frontend technologies
