Developer

Description:

The Developer is responsible to work with a team to design, develop, test, document and maintain Rizing products. This position interacts with product development team members to build features and functionalities as well as providing support for new and existing products.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement product backlog items in the build phase.
• Support the sustainment team in troubleshooting and resolution of issues or defects as required.
• Maintain and improve the performance of existing software.
• Generates technical documentation of new or modified software procedures.
• Creates cost estimates for changes and new development.
• Participates in continuous integration and continuous development best practices.
• Adheres to software development standards and best practices, using an Agile project methodology.
• Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues.
• Test and maintain software products to ensure quality and optimization.
• Recommend improvements to existing software programs.

Required Qualifications:

• 3 years of Professional Developer experience with demonstrated experience in SAP platforms and technologies (SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud Analytics, SAPUI5, ABAP) and other technologies (Java, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, Node.js, SAP CAP-M).
• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a related relevant field.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Expert technical knowledge of software development to include SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Retails Solution, SAP ABAP, SAP PM, SAP MM, SAP UI5, FIORI, C#, C, VB, Build engine knowledge, Android (platform and codebase), IOS(platform and codebase), Gulp, Jenkins, PowerShell.
• Advanced knowledge of the software industry; tools, concepts, etc. available today that can be applied to R&D.
• Ability to attentively listen and effectively communicate in oral and written format with clients and consultants to include effectively articulating ideas and processes.
• Ability to assess and assist clients with existing systems and optimize their solutions using existing knowledge of system functionality and best practice recommendations.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a project team.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to think in abstracts and logically, diligently asking probing questions and recommending solutions.
• Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions.
