Job Description

The Quality Specialist role at Rizing involves ensuring the delivery of high-quality products and supporting product development teams in deploying solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough testing, assess software quality, optimize processes, and enhance the software lifecycle to guarantee customer and end-user satisfaction. You will be required to test products rigorously to ensure quality and meet end-user expectations, ensuring that products undergo quality assurance checks before being made available to customers. Your tasks will include both manual and automated testing, bug identification and reporting, providing feedback for product enhancements, and improving testing processes and methodologies to release top-notch products. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, Education, or possess equivalent experience in a related field. Additionally, you should have at least 2 years of experience with SAP solutions, specifically in product lifecycle management, quality assurance, and implementation. Familiarity with SAP systems, project lifecycles, methodologies, architecture, and support models is essential. Your knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs) should include the ability to collaborate effectively within project teams, deliver impactful presentations, manage time and multiple projects with keen attention to detail, and possess expertise in SAP HCM solution, SAP SuccessFactors, EAM, Retail solution, SAP Cloud Platform/BTP, and custom development. Proficiency in DevOps for Test Automation using platforms like Azure, Jenkins, AWS, and GCP, understanding of SAP Solution Architecture, and familiarity with MS Office programs are also required. In this role, you will need to communicate effectively through presentations, build relationships with various stakeholders, analyze and solve complex problems, measure outcomes, and prioritize tasks efficiently. Key competencies for success include problem-solving, organizational skills, time management, customer focus, collaboration, strategic thinking, and initiative. You will primarily work in a professional or remote office environment, utilizing standard office equipment such as laptops, monitors, phones, and headsets to fulfill your duties effectively.,
