Responsibilities

• Gather business, functional, and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Configure and customize the Salesforce platform.
• Support testing, training, and documentation activities.
• Participate in the sales cycle when required (solution definition, pre-sales, estimation, project planning).
• Prepare deliverables such as requirement specifications, design documents, status reports, and project plans.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in design, support, and development practices.
• Provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and support end-users.
• Review work completed by junior developers and provide feedback.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers and allocate tasks effectively.
• Independently set up development environments and guide junior team members.
• Communicate with technical teams and business owners during design and implementation.

Must-Have Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
• Strong CRM project experience.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Unit Testing.
• Knowledge of system integrations and object-oriented design patterns.
• Strong understanding of relational databases, data modelling, and ETL.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML web services.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., SCRUM).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and core web technologies.
• Exposure to pre-sales (solutioning, estimation, planning).
• Ability to create clear documentation and status reports.
• Experience mentoring developers and performing code reviews.
