Role description

Role Proficiency:

JD:

Software Developer with min 2 years of experience. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Application Support Analyst to join our IT team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support for business-critical applications, ensuring their availability, performance, and usability.

This role involves troubleshooting issues, managing incidents, and working closely with development and infrastructure teams to resolve problems and implement improvements.

Proven experience in application support or a similar technical support role.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with SQL, scripting languages, and log analysis tools.

Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Provide first and second-line support for enterprise applications.

Monitor application performance and respond to s and incidents.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, escalating when necessary.

Collaborate with development teams to deploy updates and patches.

Maintain documentation for support processes, known issues, and solutions.

Assist with user training and onboarding for new applications.

Participate in testing and quality assurance for application changes.

Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices.
