Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our client’s Business Intelligence team. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing existing Power BI reports, dashboards, and cockpit visualizations. You will work closely with various departments to improve data-driven decision-making through high-quality reporting, data integration, and visualization development.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Report Maintenance and Support

• Maintain and troubleshoot existing Power BI dashboards and reports.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of reporting solutions.

• Provide support to end-users on report-related issues.

2. Enhancement and Development

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new dashboards and enhancements.

• Design and build visually compelling Power BI reports aligned with user needs and best practices.

3. Data Integration

• Extract, transform, and load data from various sources into Power BI.

• Ensure data is clean, well-structured, and optimized for reporting purposes.

4. Data Quality Assurance

• Implement validation checks to ensure ongoing data accuracy and consistency.

• Monitor data issues and proactively work on solutions.

5. Performance Optimization

• Optimize report performance and responsiveness across platforms and devices.

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable insights.

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver solutions.

Required Skills:

• Power BI – Report and dashboard creation

• Microsoft Fabric – (Preferred)

• Dashboard Design – Visual design and user experience principles

• Strong understanding of data transformation and modeling

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
