Mobile App Developer with AGCO is responsible for delivering programmatic solutions to meet business requirements. This includes React Native Development to design, build, and maintain mobile applications that integrate deeply with Salesforce. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Salesforce Mobile SDK, Salesforce configuration, and React Native app development. He/ She will play a key role in bridging the gap between mobile and CRM ecosystems — ensuring seamless data synchronization, security, and performance optimization

Your Impact

• Maintain an understanding of AGCO’s business processes and the application systems/infrastructure that supports them.

• Understand solution designs and implement programmatic changes and configuration in myAGCO mobile app.

• Work with the Architect and Technical Lead to build code as per their recommendation.

• Understand integration points within other systems; grasp the impact of all proposed system changes and accordingly build code and configuration to integrate with other modules and satellite solutions.

• Follow appropriate change control procedures Create technical specifications, designs, and testing documentation

Your Experience and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering in Computer Science or IT (Information Technology) or a related field

• Design and develop cross-platform mobile apps using React Native.

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, React Hooks, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or Recoil).

• Work with native modules (iOS and Android) where necessary to extend functionality.

• Integrate apps with Salesforce APIs, Mobile SDK, and Salesforce authentication (OAuth 2.0).
