The Opportunity

Developer & Community Manager


What You'll Do🛠️ Development Focus (60%)
  • Contribute to Benana's Go-based backend architecture and API development
  • Build and maintain FastConfig™ template system and AI-powered features
  • Review community pull requests and maintain code quality standards
  • Write technical documentation, API guides, and developer tutorials
  • Optimize database queries and implement comprehensive testing
🌍 Community Management (40%)
  • Manage GitHub repository and grow developer contributor base
  • Engage with developers on Discord, Reddit, and other platforms
  • Organize virtual hackathons, coding challenges, and developer events
  • Create technical blog posts, video tutorials, and community content
  • Coordinate template contributor program and developer recognition initiatives

    • What We're Looking ForEssential Skills

    • Go Programming:

      2+ years experience or strong proficiency through projects

    • Backend Development:

      RESTful APIs, database design, server architecture

    • Version Control:

      Advanced Git/GitHub workflows and collaboration

    • Technical Communication:

      Ability to explain complex concepts clearly

    • Community Engagement:

      Experience with Discord, GitHub, or similar platforms
    Preferred Skills
    • AI/ML integration experience and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
    • Frontend technologies (React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript)
    • Content creation (blog writing, video tutorials, technical documentation)
    • Open source passion and educational technology interest
