Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Power Apps specifically Model Driven Apps and will work in a hybrid model. This role involves developing and optimizing applications to enhance business processes. The position offers a day shift schedule with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement Power Apps solutions to streamline business operations and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
Design and customize Model Driven Apps to meet specific business needs and ensure user-friendly interfaces.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power Apps applications to ensure smooth functionality.
Optimize application performance by identifying and resolving bottlenecks and technical issues.
Stay updated with the latest Power Apps features and integrate them into existing solutions to enhance capabilities.
Document application development processes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure applications meet organizational standards and user expectations.
Train and mentor junior developers on Power Apps best practices and development techniques.
Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay ahead in the field of application development.
Contribute to the companys mission by developing applications that drive innovation and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all development activities.
Foster a collaborative work environment to promote knowledge sharing and team success.

Qualifications

Possess a strong understanding of Power Apps particularly Model Driven Apps and their application in business processes.
Demonstrate proficiency in application development and customization using Power Apps tools.
Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality applications.
Show strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
Hold a relevant certification in Power Apps or related technologies to validate expertise.
