Position Title

Business Analyst – CSD Development (Hyderabad)

Location

Position Summary

This Business Analyst position will support the CloudSuite Distribution Development team in Hyderabad by gathering, analysing, and documenting business process requirements, translating them into actionable development tasks, and acting as a bridge between stakeholders, QA, and developers. The role strengthens requirement clarity, accelerates delivery, and improves the overall quality of CSD initiatives.

Essential Duties

Gather, analyze and document business process requirements for development initiatives within the CSD ecosystem
Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows and acceptance criteria
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, QA and development teams to ensure alignment
Support testing efforts by clarifying acceptance criteria and validating deliverables against requirements
Identify process improvements and contribute to refining business workflows

Preferred Background

Experienced QA professional seeking to move into a BA role or an existing BA with exposure to enterprise applications and business processes
Understanding of ERP or enterprise-scale applications (M3, LN, other Infor products) is an advantage
Demonstrated ability to map and improve business processes

Skills and Attributes

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Collaborative mindset to work across functional and technical teams
Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and processes

Experience

5–6 years in QA, BA, or enterprise systems support roles
