Job Description

Desktop support Engineer (L1) - Immediate Joiners Preferred

Exp: 2+ yrs -> Windows +Linux Basics.

Location: Bengaluru (Electronic city)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot OS, software, and hardware issues.
Respond to support tickets via phone, email, or in-person.
Escalate unresolved issues to L2 support or relevant teams.
Maintain asset inventory and documentation.

Required skills: Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Ms. Office and networking. Good communication and problem solving skills.Ability to work in shifts
