Roles And Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and software applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and other enterprise applications.
• Respond to service requests and incidents via ticketing systems, ensuring timely resolution.
• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades of desktop systems and software.
• Assist in setting up and managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
• Document technical issues and solutions for knowledge management purposes.
• Collaborate with IT team members to support IT infrastructure projects and deployments.
• Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security standards.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on IT best practices.
  

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop environments and Experience with Active Directory, network printers, and remote support tools.
• Familiarity with endpoint security solutions and antivirus management.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
