Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Desktop Support Engineer located in Thane. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, troubleshooting hardware issues, and managing printer support. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as setting up and configuring desktop systems, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and ensuring the smooth functioning of hardware components. Qualifications Skills in Desktop Computers and Computer Hardware Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting Ability to provide Printer Support and resolve related issues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous Show more Show less
