Job Responsibilities:
⦁ Provide technical support for Windows desktops and laptops and MacBook Air & MacBook Pro systems
⦁ Perform software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
⦁ Handle hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrades
⦁ Manage and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN networks, and printers
⦁ Support Google Workspace administration and user management
⦁ Monitor and manage cloud server access and basic IT infrastructure
⦁ Ensure data security, system updates, and antivirus management
⦁ Maintain system maintenance and repair records
⦁ Manage and troubleshoot CCTV camera systems
⦁ Handle biometric attendance systems
⦁ Install and support designer and animator software such as Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and related tools
⦁ Stay updated with new technologies related to IT support and infrastructure
Experience Required: 4-5 Years of relevant experience in Desktop Support
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
