Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Engineer to provide efficient on-site and remote support to end users. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing desktop hardware, software installations, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide on-site and remote support for end-user systems, including hardware,software, and networking issues.

• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.

• Perform software installations, upgrades, and patch management.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems, networkconnectivity, and system performance.

• Handle incident management and resolve helpdesk/service desk tickets within theagreed SLA timelines.•

Maintain an inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates.

• Coordinate with senior IT team members and escalate issues as necessary

Required Skills:• Strong understanding of Windows OS (7, 10, 11) and common office software

.• Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, LAN, Wi-Fi).

• Familiarity with Active Directory, Outlook, VPN, and antivirus tools.

• Experience in hardware troubleshooting and replacement.• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with remote support tools (e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
