Job Description

The job involves taking ownership of customer issues reported and ensuring that problems are resolved effectively. This includes researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. You will be required to follow standard procedures for escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams. It is essential to have a good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products, along with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software, such as Zendesk, is necessary. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem-solving and communication skills, as well as the ability to provide step-by-step technical help both in written and verbal form. The job is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift. Candidates must be able to commute or relocate to Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra. A diploma is preferred for education qualifications, and candidates with 1 year of experience in IT or a total of 1 year of work experience are preferred for this role.,
