Desktop Support Engineer L2

As a Desktop Support Engineer L2, your role will involve managing and maintaining computer systems and related infrastructure. You should possess solid technical knowledge and a proactive approach to troubleshooting and system upkeep. Key Responsibilities: - Provide desktop and laptop support for users, including hardware and software troubleshooting. - Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications. - Manage installation and maintenance of CCTV systems and network cameras. - Perform routine system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance tasks. - Coordinate with the IT team for network and peripheral device support. - Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and service requests. Desired Skills: - Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking. - Experience with CCTV setup, DVR/NVR configuration. - Strong troubleshooting and communication skills. - Ability to work independently and handle field assignments effectively. Qualification: - Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, N+ or equivalent would be an added advantage.
