Desktop Support Engineer L1

We have urgent requirement for IT Engineer in Navi Mumbai (Software, Hardware and Networking).

Company Name: NEXTGEN INFRATECH SOLUTIONS LLP, MBP Mahape, Navi Mumbai.

Experience: 2 Years+

Salary (CTC per annum):- 2.5 LPA- 3 LPA

Qualification: BSc/ BE / B.Tech (CS) / CNN certifications or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the IT strategy to align with the company’s business goals. Participate in strategic planning to support growth and technological advancement. Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the company’s hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Ensure systems are reliable, secure, and up-to-date. Software Management: Manage the lifecycle of software applications, including procurement, implementation, upgrades, and support.

Ensure optimal performance and manage hardware inventory. Network & Security: Ensure the security of the IT infrastructure, including data protection, network security, and disaster recovery plans.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and manage IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliverables. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
