Job Description

End-User & Desktop Support

  • Provide

    technical support

    for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot issues across

    Windows, Linux, and macOS

    operating systems
  • Handle incidents and service requests via

    ticketing systems

  • Perform

    OS installation, configuration, patching, and upgrades

  • Support

    printers, scanners, VPNs, email clients, and collaboration tools

  • Assist with

    new user onboarding, asset setup, and access provisioning

  • Maintain accurate

    incident documentation and SOPs

  • Escalate complex issues to L3/vendor teams with proper diagnostics

System, Network & Identity Support

  • Manage

    user accounts, groups, and permissions

    (Active Directory / Azure AD / LDAP)
  • Troubleshoot

    network connectivity issues

    (LAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Support endpoint security tools, antivirus, and basic compliance checks
  • Assist with

    MDM and endpoint management tools

    (Intune, SCCM, JAMF exposure level)

Cloud Server & Infrastructure Support

  • Provide support for

    cloud-based servers and services

    (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Perform

    basic cloud VM administration

    (start/stop, monitoring, user access)
  • Assist in

    server provisioning, patching, backups, and performance monitoring

  • Support

    cloud storage, snapshots, and backup/restore operations

  • Troubleshoot

    cloud connectivity, access, and OS-level issues

  • Work with senior engineers on

    cloud migrations and upgrades

  • Monitor alerts and assist in

    incident response

    for cloud services
  • Follow

    security best practices

    for cloud access and data protection

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with

    Windows, Linux (Ubuntu/RHEL), and macOS

  • Strong troubleshooting skills for

    desktop, OS, and application issues

  • Working knowledge of

    Active Directory / Azure AD

  • Basic understanding of

    cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

  • Familiarity with

    cloud VMs, storage, and monitoring concepts

  • Knowledge of

    network fundamentals

    (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
  • Experience using

    ITSM / ticketing tools

  • Good communication and customer-facing skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
