Job Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions. • Identify and prospect new clients across BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, healthcare, and other verticals. • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and closing deals. Client Engagement • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions. • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, IT managers, and procurement teams. • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Product Knowledge and Market Insights • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity. • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution proposals and ensure smooth delivery. • Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies. Reporting and Collaboration • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools. • Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to achieve organizational goals. • Participate in sales reviews and contribute to strategy discussions Skills & Qualification: Educational Background: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus. Experience: 2. 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions. 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Technical Skills: 4. Understanding of IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks), Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and Cybersecurity software. 5. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for clients. Soft Skills: 6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. 7. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills. 8. Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
