Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Sales and Business Development
  • • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue targets for IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • • Identify and prospect new clients across BFSI, IT/ITES, manufacturing, healthcare, and other verticals.
  • • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through lead generation, qualification, and closing deals.
  • Client Engagement
  • • Conduct meetings and presentations to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
  • • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including CXOs, IT managers, and procurement teams.
  • • Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Product Knowledge and Market Insights
  • • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity.
  • • Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to develop solution proposals and ensure smooth delivery.
  • • Provide insights and feedback to the product and marketing teams to refine offerings and strategies.
  • Reporting and Collaboration
  • • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports using CRM tools.
  • • Collaborate with regional and national sales teams to achieve organizational goals.
  • • Participate in sales reviews and contribute to strategy discussions
  • Skills & Qualification:
  • Educational Background:
  • 1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience:
  • 2. 4–7 years of experience in B2B sales, with a focus on IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • 3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Skills:
  • 4. Understanding of IT Infrastructure (servers, storage, networks), Cloud (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), and Cybersecurity software.
  • 5. Ability to translate technical features into business benefits for clients.
  • Soft Skills:
  • 6. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • 7. Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • 8. Ability to work independently and manage a regional sales territory.
