Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach real estate builders, developers, and property consultants to establish partnerships with Vastuvik. Build and maintain strong relationships with builder decision-makers. Conduct presentations and meetings with builders to explain Vastuvik’s value proposition. Achieve monthly targets for builder onboarding and lead conversions. Coordinate with the Vastuvik operations team to ensure smooth execution of services for builder clients. Provide feedback from the market to support product/service improvement. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and long-term professional relationships. Sales negotiation and deal-closing skills. Knowledge of real estate sector and builder ecosystem preferred.
