About Vastuvik Vastuvik is a leading astrology and Vastu platform with expertise in conducting Vastu Pooja and related services. We aim to partner with builders and developers to provide value-added spiritual services to homebuyers, enhancing customer trust and satisfaction. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach real estate builders, developers, and property consultants to establish partnerships with Vastuvik. Build and maintain strong relationships with builder decision-makers. Conduct presentations and meetings with builders to explain Vastuvik’s value proposition. Achieve monthly targets for builder onboarding and lead conversions. Coordinate with the Vastuvik operations team to ensure smooth execution of services for builder clients. Provide feedback from the market to support product/service improvement. Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and presentation skills. Ability to build rapport and long-term professional relationships. Sales negotiation and deal-closing skills. Knowledge of real estate sector and builder ecosystem preferred. Self-motivated and target-driven approach. QualificationsGraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, financial services, or service-based industries. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Fluency in English, Hindi, and local regional language will be an advantage. Laptop and Bike is Mandatory
