Desktop Support Engineer__(Excellent English Communication skills) Avantika - 7827746006 Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience - 4 Years Salary - 30k to 38k (monthly) Mode - Full-Time (Work from Office) Time - 9:30 am to 6:30 pm ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES :- Proactively manage support queues to ensure timely resolution of Level 1 issues. Manage password reset requests for Active Directory, third-party applications, and voicemail PINs. Handle user account creation for new employees and termination for departing staff. Configure and deploy workstations utilizing standardized system imaging solutions. Offer comprehensive technical support (Level 1 and 2) for desktop and laptop systems. Establish and maintain effective communication channels to foster trust and collaboration with internal customers. Identify and implement opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements. Sustain comprehensive and current records of systems Be available for participation in the on-call support schedule when required. Proficiency in both verbal/written communication and technical troubleshooting. Proficiency in Windows operating systems, Active Directory, and foundational networking principles. Experience utilizing IT ticketing and Service Management (ITSM) platforms. A strong customer-centric approach combined with a proactive mindset.
