Desktop Support Engineer Avantika - 7827746006 Location - Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience - 1 Year Salary - 10k to 15k (Monthly) Mode - Full Time (Work from Office) Role & Responsibilities :- The Jr. Service Desk Technician will provide first-level support via phone and email to customers experiencing IT-related issues Monitor support queues and ensure prompt responses for Level 1 issues Reset passwords (Active Directory, 3rd-party apps, voicemail PINs) Create/terminate user accounts (new hires, separations) Workstation setup and deployment using system imaging tools Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops and laptops Build trust and communicate effectively with internal customers Suggest and implement process improvements where applicable Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation Participate in on-call support if required Other tasks as assigned Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and basic networking Familiarity with ticketing systems and ITSM tools Customer-focused with a proactive attitude Interested candidates can apply Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary Contract length: 12 months Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Paid sick time Shift: Day shift Work Days: Monday to Friday Application Question(s): Apply only if you are comfortable with salary of 10k to 15k monthly (depends on interview).
