Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Desktop Engineer, located in Gurugram. The Desktop Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues with desktop computers, and assisting with the installation of software and operating systems. Daily tasks will include maintaining and updating system software, ensuring optimal system performance, and resolving user-reported issues in a timely manner.
