Desktop Engineer

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer
Location: Okhla Phase 2, New Delhi
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Experience: Minimum 1 to 5 years

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Desktop Support Engineer to join our IT team at our Okhla Phase 2 office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and basic network problems
• Provide timely and effective technical support to users
• Set up new systems and ensure proper connectivity and performance
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on systems and software
• Maintain asset inventory and documentation
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs or replacements when necessary
• Ensure antivirus, security patches, and software updates are up-to-date
• Support basic LAN/WAN connectivity and internet issues

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in desktop support (up to 5 years accepted)
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
• Familiarity with troubleshooting printers, scanners, and other office equipment
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field preferred

Working Hours:

• Full-time, 6 days a week
• Regular office hours (timings will be shared during the interview)
