Job Description

A Desktop Engineer is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting desktop systems and end-user devices.
Key responsibilities include:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Providing on-site and remote support for hardware and software issues.
Troubleshooting OS errors, drivers, and application issues.
Managing printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Installing and updating antivirus, patches, and system software.
Ensuring LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity and assisting in basic network troubleshooting.
Keeping daily service reports and asset records updated.

Qualification & Skills:

Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or Electronics.
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Certifications like MCSE, CompTIA A+, or CCNA are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
