Deskside Support

As a Deskside Support in Adelaide, your role will involve providing technical support for IT solutions such as workstations, servers, and LAN on client sites. Your responsibilities will include: - Troubleshooting technical issues related to Windows OS, Windows Server/AD, Microsoft Office applications (O365), network devices (Cisco and HP), and network topology (TCP/IP, DNS, WINS). - Managing mobile devices and printer support. - Working in an ITIL environment and providing first-level application support. - Collaborating with a global team and utilizing various tools for support operations. - Being willing to travel up to 20% of your working time. - Demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English. - Having a good understanding of IT Service Management processes and practices. - Prioritizing tasks effectively, managing competing demands, and adapting to frequent changes. - Showing strong business understanding and problem-solving capabilities. Additionally, the company requires the following qualifications and skills: - Experience in managing IT operations for Factory and Office environments. - Certification in ITIL V3 or V4 would be advantageous. - Familiarity with products like Service Snow.
