In this position, you will independently manage entire projects from conceptualization to completion, including design, client liaison, and material selection. It will be essential to handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with client expectations regarding budget and design aesthetics. Upholding company policies and procedures to ensure a seamless customer experience will be a crucial aspect of your role. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including project managers, procurement team, and other design professionals, will be necessary to ensure cohesive project delivery. You will take ownership of the customer experience throughout the project, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas. Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape will be required. A Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture with a minimum of 4 years of experience in residential projects as a senior designer is essential. Strong technical knowledge in material selection, execution, and quotation preparation, as well as proficiency in modular design principles and demonstrated experience in leading successful residential projects, are key qualifications for this position.
