About Us:

Shaila Anant is a 25 year old, growing export house dedicated to quality, design, and detail. We specialize in handcrafted home and lifestyle products, known for our fine beading, embroidery, and unique surface techniques supplying to most major retailers in both US and Europe. We are currently looking for a sharp, fast, and detail-oriented Designer to join our core team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop design concepts and CADs across seasonal collections and sampling.
• Execute clean and quick CADs that reflect buyer briefs, trends, and internal R&D inputs.
• Source and select appropriate fabrics, laces, trims, and embellishments in alignment with product requirements.
• Create detailed embroidery layouts for both hand and machine techniques.
• Work closely with sampling and production teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.
• Coordinate with vendors for fabric swatches, embroidery testing, and beadwork development.
• Support in mood boarding, trend research, and buyer presentation decks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of experience in export, home, or fashion industry.
• Strong eye for fabric textures, combinations, and functional aesthetics.
• Expertise in embroidery design—beading, zardozi, threadwork—both hand and machine.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator for fast CAD development.
• Quick turnaround time, multitasking ability, and team alignment are a must.
• Experience working with international buyers or export markets.
• Background in home textiles, gifting, or accessories.
• Knowledge of embellishment costing and production follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
