Role Description This is a full-time Designer role based on-site at Mascot Metal Manufacturers' facility in Aligarh. The Designer will be responsible for creating, developing, and refining product designs to meet market trends and customer requirements. Responsibilities include generating detailed design specifications, utilizing design software, collaborating with teams for product development, and ensuring that all designs meet quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar tools Skills in creating detailed technical drawings and 3D models Knowledge of product design and development processes Strong understanding of materials, textures, and aesthetic design principles Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field Experience in manufacturing or architectural hardware design is a plus
