Key Result Areas for the Incumbent

Process Responsibilities

• Maintain and build design team workflows that ensure that all designs in the portfolio are delivered are in line with style guides, BIBAs design language and BIBA quality standards

•Maintain and track departmental fashion calendar for the season

•Research and forecast evolving fashion trends and bring those insights in the design of the portfolio

•Monitor the competition and be aware of market changes and development

•Perform daily organizational and maintenance tasks like Styling the range, Embroidery development and getting the sample made as directed

•Organize all styling materials and resources for the sampling

• Concept, create and deliver strong design solutions and present ideas and participate in key brainstorms/meetings and effectively communicate ideas through presentations

•Partner with Design Merchant teams- People Management Responsibilities

•Ability to coordinate with Sampling, Pattern & Khakas masters and Embroiders

•Coaching, and providing technical guidance to other designers in the team- Financial Responsibilities

•Allowed to buy Swatches
