Key Responsibilities

Design visually compelling
PowerPoint decks, Word proposals, and business templates
.
Translate business and technical inputs into clear, visually structured stories.
Format and refine
case studies, win notices, and service line collateral
for internal and client-facing use.
Build and maintain a
library of branded templates, icons, and design elements
for reusability.
Work closely with pursuit and marketing teams to ensure
visual consistency and on-time delivery
.
Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and design standards across the organization.

Core Skills & Experience

3–6 years of experience in
presentation or document design
within consulting, IT services, or corporate communication.
Advanced skills in
Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
(layout, styles, templates, formatting).
Proficiency with
Design tools
exposure to
Figma or Canva
is a plus.
Strong design sensibility — layout, typography, color balance, and information hierarchy.
Ability to handle multiple requests with accuracy, creativity, and speed.
Understanding of business storytelling and proposal aesthetics (clarity, flow, consistency).

Preferred

Experience supporting
executive presentations or large deal pursuits
.
Familiarity with
AI-based design tools
or automation in deck/document workflows.
Knowledge of best practices for
visual communication in proposals and executive storytelling
.
