Technician would create 2D drawings and 3D modelsand shall be responsible for the technical quality of his own work and would focus on compliance withproject objectives and quality standards.Experience in preparing minimum LOD 300 REVIT Documentation (3D and 2D), general arrangement drawings, Reinforcement Drawings, and Reinforcement Detailing. Experience in Precast and Steel Structures will be an advantage must have experience on international projects self-motivated, team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. Experience in BIM management as an additional skill will be preferred.
Responsibilities
- Will work on detailed drawings for a range of projects to create 2D drawing and 3D models and support, mentor and train other members of the drafting team in accomplishing complex tasks.
- Will need to coordinate with project managers and/or engineers for BIM documentation and drafting work in a given project.
- Is responsible for technical correctness, project standard compliance and timely delivery of the drawings and documents.
- Exercises self-discipline and work ethics
- Respect and follow company policies and procedures
- Liaise with Architecture, MEP and other disciplines
- Familiar with Programs REVIT Archi and REVIT MEP for coordination of models, Navisworks for checking of models
