About the Role:

2D Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality static creatives, illustrations, infographics, and layouts for digital and print.
• Create engaging motion graphics, explainer animations, and short videos for campaigns and social media.
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Content teams to translate briefs into impactful visual narratives.
• Develop creative assets for brand campaigns, events, product launches, and employee communication.
• Stay updated with design and animation trends to keep DTDC’s visuals fresh and modern.
• Work within brand guidelines while pushing the boundaries of creativity.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in 2D design and motion graphics, preferably with exposure to brand marketing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both static and motion design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), and familiarity with tools like Figma, Premiere Pro, or Blender (basic 3D a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Ability to storyboard and conceptualize animated content.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
