Backed by a small, elite team from IITs, UBC, UCLA, AWS, and more, we’ve already launched a profitable product that real estate photographers love—and we’re just getting started. With big product launches on the horizon, we’re scaling our brand and demand engine to match.

About the Role

Designer (Brand & Motion)

Responsibilities

• Design weekly ad campaigns

  (Meta, Google, YouTube): thumbnails, banners, and reels — all fast, on-brand, and client-ready.

• Build and iterate high-performing landing pages

  (desktop + mobile) with strong visuals, proof sections, and clear conversions; collaborate with dev/Webflow for smooth handoff.

• Create motion demos (6–15s)

  — before/after edits, style profiles, and feature showcases.

• Figma mastery (

  components, variants, auto-layout

  );

  solid

  After Effects/Premiere (

  CapCut acceptable if fast

  ); Lottie/Rive

  a plus.

• Set up a mini design system in Figma

  : colors, typography, components, and ad templates.

• Design case studies and email visuals

  before/after frames, GIFs, results callouts.

• Support marketing events and partners

    from digital assets to swag kits while keeping the brand consistent everywhere.

• Use performance data (CTR, CVR, heatmaps)

  to refine and improve designs continuously.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years designing for high-growth B2B SaaS or product-led companies; strong

  IC

  who ships fast.
• Strong skills in

  Figma

  ,

  After Effects

  , or similar tools.
• An eye for storytelling, composition, and clarity.
• A love for fast-paced creative cycles and measurable impact.
