Your responsibilities will span across product design, UX/UI, design thinking, branding, social media, and marketing collaterals. Your role will encompass Product + Visual + Brand + Social aspects, offering a wide creative ownership opportunity. - **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead the design of the product ecosystem, including the mobile app, website, and seller dashboards. - Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to translate ideas into intuitive user flows. - Develop wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and conduct UX audits. - Shape the visual identity of GAJAB, maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints. - Create design systems, component libraries, and guidelines for internal use. - Brainstorm and design engaging social media content such as Instagram posts, stories, reels, and marketing collaterals. - Collaborate with content and growth teams to create thumb-stopping posts aligned with the brand. - Contribute to creative direction for photoshoots, videos, banners, and offline brand materials. - **Qualifications Required:** - 5+ years of design experience with expertise in product and visual design. - Strong portfolio showcasing web/mobile product design, branding, and social content. - Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva, etc. - Bonus skills in After Effects/motion graphics/video editing tools are desirable. - Experience in consumer startups, e-commerce, or D2C brands is preferred. - Ability to balance aesthetics with usability and fun with functionality. - Comfortable in fast-paced environments and adept at multitasking creatively. If you have prior experience in building or scaling design teams, performance-led design, exposure to Indian audiences, regional storytelling, or viral content creation, it would be considered a plus.
