The ideal candidate should also possess expertise in ad management and budget allocation to drive targeted outcomes. JOB PROFILE · This encompasses daily posting, community engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. · This requires continuous research and analysis to identify relevant content opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly. Developing and executing paid social media strategies to reach specific target audiences and achieve business objectives. · Strong understanding of social media platforms: Expertise in platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and potentially others websites run by company. SKILLS Creative content creation and curation skills: Proficiency in photography, videography, graphic design, and copywriting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to interact effectively with followers, influencers, and team members. Resourceful and good people skills for the better work delegation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to interpret data, identifies trends, and optimizes social media performance. Fashion expertise and knowledge of current trends: Understanding of the fashion industry, styling techniques, and current styles. Project management and organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritizes effectively, and meet deadlines. Experience with social media management tools: Familiarity with tools for scheduling, analytics, and social listening. Proficiency in relevant software: Experience with tools like Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar for photo and video editing. Not expert but average knowledge on possibilities with software.
