Design Team Lead

Role Overview: Godrej Capital, a subsidiary of Godrej Industries, is the holding company for Godrej Housing Finance & Godrej Finance, focusing on building a sustainable retail financial services business in India. As a Visual Design Lead, you will drive brand-led design and outreach across campaigns, creatives, and marketing communication. Your role within the Brand team will involve enhancing visual identity, brand recall, and creative excellence across various channels, both digital and offline. You will play a key role in shaping the creative direction of a fast-growing NBFC brand through compelling visual narratives. Key Responsibilities: - Lead visual design for brand and outreach initiatives, including campaigns, social media, print, and digital platforms. - Own and evolve the brand's visual identity, guidelines, and creative systems to ensure consistency and brand recognition. - Create engaging visual narratives for customer campaigns, brand awareness, and product launches. - Collaborate with the CX design team to maintain brand identity alignment with UI/UX design. - Manage end-to-end creative production processes, from concept development to execution, across multiple channels. - Mentor junior designers and external creative partners/agencies to maintain quality and consistency. - Utilize AI-enabled creative tools to scale personalized design output efficiently. Qualification Required: - 5+ years of experience in visual/graphic design, with a focus on branding and campaigns. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand, campaign, and marketing design. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion/animation tools. - Sound understanding of visual storytelling, typography, and layout principles. - Previous experience in BFSI/consumer brands is preferred. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment.
