Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Design & Proposal Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role involves developing technical and commercial proposals for treatment systems such as RO, UF, STP, ETP, and ZLD, while ensuring design precision, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive technical and commercial proposals for water and wastewater treatment systems.

Analyze client requirements and tender specifications to create efficient system designs.

Prepare detailed process design documents, including PFDs, P&IDs, equipment sizing, BOQs, cost estimates, and project timelines.

Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, procurement, and project execution, as well as with vendors.

Support bid presentations, address client technical queries, and ensure all deliverables comply with applicable regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

2–5 years of experience in proposal engineering for water/wastewater treatment systems.

Proficiency in technical writing, cost estimation, MS Office, and design tools such as AutoCAD or similar software.

Strong analytical skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
