Job Description

AtkinsRalis is looking for Design Manager/Group Engineer/ Senior Group Engineer/ Senior Design Manager to join our team
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and lead design teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Develop and implement design strategies and plans to ensure successful project execution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers.
Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of design principles, practices, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with design software and tools.
Strong attention to detail and quality control.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
